Partnership Lead, based in Auckland or Wellington.

Tend has grown significantly over the past 3 years. We have 3 clinics in Tāmaki Makaurau/Auckland, 4 clinics in Tauranga and over 12 clinics (in partnership) across the Te Waipounamu/South Island. Alongside our GP clinics, Tend offers online care to every person in Aotearoa, accessed through our app. 

We are looking for a motivated Partnership Lead to identify and build opportunities for Tend to provide more of our award-winning health care services across the motu. In this role, you will identify opportunities across the public and private healthcare sectors, through research and engagement with a range of external key decision makers. You will be managing RFPs end to end and working collaboratively across Tend to develop winning strategies so we can provide our equitable, smart and accessible health care services, to even more New Zealanders! 

Reporting directly to our Co-Founder & Co-CEO and working closely with our Executive and functional leadership teams, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting research to assess health care service needs
• Scoping services & managing RFPs end to end
• Planning service capacity & demand
• Structuring resources for our partnerships.

Our ideal person will have:
