Are you a senior clinician ready to combine hands-on patient care with meaningful clinical leadership?
Tend Linwood is looking for a Clinical Lead with a background in General Practice to help shape and support high-quality, connected care for our community on the eastside of Christchurch.
This is an exciting opportunity for a clinician who enjoys variety and wants to play a key role in leading teams, strengthening clinical quality, and supporting the delivery of GP services in a collaborative, modern care environment.
Alongside clinical work, you’ll provide leadership and guidance to the team, help drive excellence in patient care, and contribute to a positive, high-performing clinic culture. You’ll also be supported by inbox support and our world-class note-taking tool, Scribe, helping create a better experience for both patients and clinicians.

A Clinical Lead role with the opportunity to combine leadership and clinical practice
Flexible roster options
32 hours per week (8 sessions) available, with flexibility depending on the right candidate

What we’re looking for:
An experienced senior doctor with a background in General Practice
GP Fellowship (NZ or comparable international equivalent)
Confidence managing a broad range of presentations across GP care
A passion for clinical leadership, mentoring, and supporting team development
Commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centred care
Strong collaboration skills and enthusiasm for working within a multidisciplinary team
