Executive Assistant
A high-trust, high-impact EA role where you’ll be at the heart of the Executive team, making things happen and keeping the business moving.
We’re looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to provide proactive, trusted support to our Co-CEOs and wider Executive team.
This is a hands-on role for someone who is highly organised, commercially minded and naturally one step ahead. You’ll help keep our Executive team focused by managing busy diaries, meetings, travel, administration and key events, while building strong relationships across the business.
What you’ll be doing
Provide broad day-to-day support to our Co-CEOs and wider executive team, helping keep things moving across a varied mix of priorities
Coordinating Board meetings, Executive meetings and key events
Preparing meeting materials, correspondence and presentations
Providing administrative support to the General Counsel, including legal documentation and company filings
Coordinating Executive visitors and external meetings
Managing actions, follow-ups and day-to-day Executive administration
Handling confidential and commercially sensitive information with discretion
Anticipating what’s needed and making things happen without always being asked
What you’ll bring
3+ years’ experience supporting senior leaders in an Executive Assistant or similar role
Exceptional organisation, attention to detail and follow-through
Experience managing competing priorities and complex calendars
A proactive, practical and “get things done” approach
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Sound judgement and discretion when handling sensitive information
The ability to stay calm, adaptable and effective in a fast-paced environment
A relevant business administration qualification or equivalent experience
Most importantly, you’ll be someone who enjoys making life easier for others, takes ownership and can be relied on to keep things moving.
If you’re an experienced EA who thrives on being one step ahead, we’d love to hear from you.
