Tend is growing its national network of medical centres and is looking for an Integration Specialist to support and lead the successful integration of newly acquired clinics. You must be able to travel across New Zealand independently, including on short notice.

This is a specialist operational role suited to someone with strong foundations in programme delivery, change support and stakeholder coordination. You’ll act as the central point of contact for clinic integrations, working closely with executives and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth transitions and continuous improvement post-integration.

What you’ll do

• Support and lead end-to-end clinic integrations, from planning through to operational stability

• Coordinate clinical, operations, health promotions and technology teams throughout integrations

• Manage issues and escalations with a calm, structured approach

• Improve integration processes, documentation and operational systems over time

• Support new service rollouts and broader operational initiatives

What we’re looking for

• Experience in operational, project or programme roles within complex environments

• Demonstrated ability to support change and manage competing priorities

• Strong communication, problem-solving and organisational skills

• Healthcare or service integration experience is an advantage

• Willingness to travel as required, across New Zealand

• Access to a vehicle & full driver's licence.
